SRA Ventures (SRAV) has taken over management of the Hall Hill retail parade in Glasgow as part of its ‘Local Convenience Parades’ portfolio.
The 16,000 sq. ft. development was purchased for an undisclosed sum and comprises ten units with well-known tenants such as Ladbrokes, Lloyds Pharmacy and Scotmid.
Susana Garcia, Chief Operating Officer, said that it plans to enhance the site, but stressed that there are no firm plans yet in place.
“Hall Hill Road is a very well-known parade on a busy crossroads which serves local residents and passing motorists very well,” she said. “We will be using our intensive management skills to enhance and strengthen the investment.”
SRAV is undertaking an ambitious programme to invest extensively in the Scottish property sector. It is committed to doubling the size of its commercial assets portfolio within the next five years.
