SRA Ventures is pleased to confirm the acquisition of 288 Strathtay Road in Perth, securing a 13,000 sq ft industrial facility set on a 0.92-acre site. This acquisition further strengthens our footprint in a key location just 2.5 miles from Perth city centre and moments from the A9.
Previously operating as a vehicle repair garage, the property holds significant potential for redevelopment. Plans are now in motion to modernise and repurpose the building for alternative commercial uses, aligning with our strategy to revitalise underused assets and unlock long-term value.
The acquisition was supported by Doug Smart of Smart & Co, whose expert guidance throughout the process proved invaluable. Legal representation was provided by Gregor Duthie and Murray Stewart of Gilson Gray LLP, with financing backed by Graeme Steel and Stuart Galbraith of Bank of Scotland Business & Commercial. The seller was represented by Jonathan McManus, Partner at DM Hall Surveyors.
